Election Integrity
County Actions
1. Use the state law to eliminate the China controlled voter machines and return Kent County to hand counted ballots.
2. Hold anyone who violates state election laws accountable.
3. Clean voter rolls annually.
On a State level
Work for a Constitutional Amendment that will:
4. Ban mail in voting except for active-duty military member and those physically unable to get to the polls. Mail in votes need to arrive by 5 pm the day before voting and are counted first.
5. Ban all electric election equipment. Paper ballots. Count the votes.
6. Require voter ID at polls or when requesting a mail in ballot.
7. Election DAY is Election Day. No early voting. It must be a holiday so that everyone can vote.
8. Ban ballot harvesting.
9. Those committing election fraud should be guilty of a felony with stiff fines and prison sentences.
10. There will be no private money involved in running our elections.
Public Schools
We still call them public schools, but long ago we allowed the federal and state governments to take them over, creating government schools. They went from local community control to following federal edicts sent from Washington DC, requiring our schools to obey the crazy ideas of the government elite.
1. Return control to the local community. Our schools are to reflect the community values.
2. I believe in science. Men and boys are men and boys. Women and girls are women and girls. If in doubt, check the Chromosones. There’s two, X & Y. You don’t have to be a biologist to know the difference.
3. Men/boys do not belong in women's/girls sports nor in their locker rooms or bathrooms.
4. Our schools will teach American History (without revisions).
a. The journal of Christopher Columbus
b. Our settlers
c. The native Americans they encountered and their culture
d. Our founding documents
e. The writings of our founders.
f. The great vision of the longest lasting Republic and greatest nation on earth.
g. The origins of our national holidays
5. They will teach traditional American Judeo Christian values.
a. Love not the hate of the Marxist Critical Race Theory.
b. Respect for authority: parents, teachers, government and law enforcement.
c. Respect for others. (People can be offended anytime they want, but that is their problem. Other people do not have to appease them. Everyone has the right to their own opinion.)
d. Our children will learn to be courteous.
6. The three R’s. American children are falling behind other nations in the academic accomplishments. The
job of the schools is to teach our children the skills that they will need to function and excel as they become adults.
7. There will not be any more count days at the schools. The money will follow the students, not the school.
Parents will decide whether the government school or other type of school is the best for their child.
8. All school materials, lessons and policies with be open to parents and the community they serve.
9. Teachers serve the family, they do not own the children. They will not teach gender dysphoria to children and encourage children to change who they are. Parent-teacher conferences are for the teacher to advise the parent on what their child’s experience is at school. If the teacher observes a problem, they notify the parents.
Second Amendment
Both the state and federal constitutions guarantee every citizen the right to own and carry guns to protect themselves and their families. There have been times in history when the law required men to be armed and ready to defend themselves and their country. The founders also believed that an armed citizenry prevented tyranny.
At no time can it be legal to restrict or deny this fundamental right without due process on legal insanity, diagnosed as a threat to self and/or others and felons convicted of felonious assault or murder.
The truth is, where the people are armed, lives are saved and gun crime is lower. Criminals want to have the power to force people to do what they want them to. They do not want to risk their own safety.
Heritage Foundation published a commentary by Amy Swear, Legal Fellow at he Meese Center on March 11, 2019. She reports that there are 500,000 to 2,000,000 incidents per year in which legally armed citizens used their firearms to thwart a crime. Her “key take aways” are
1. Studies routinely indicate that every year Americans use their firearms 500,000 to 2,000,000 times per
year to protect themselves.
2. Without a robustly protected right to keep and bear arms, the American in these cases would have been left to the mercy of the criminals.
3. We don’t make Americans safer by disarming them or making them less capable of fighting back against criminals. We only make them easier targets.
The LA Times says that the “Bureau of Justice states, The ‘National Crime Victimization Survey’ puts the number of crimes prevented at only about 67,740.” In either case, a citizens right to carry has a substantial impact on crime.
Criminals are the bad guys, not law-abiding citizens defending themselves. The criminal needs to be in jail. Law abiding citizens should not fear arrest for defending themselves. I believe in the Stand Your Ground Law. We do not require citizens to run in fear. We depend on them to defend themselves, their families, and their neighbors.
Gun manufacturers are not responsible for what a gun owner/possessor does with their gun, no more than knife manufactures are responsible for injuries caused by knives, nor are manufacturers of bottled water responsible for the Marxist revolutionaries that froze them and threw them at police officers.
A gun is a tool used for hunting, sport, collection, and protection. But Constitutionally, it is for the prevention of an oppressive, totalitarian government.
Return Government to the People
1. Government employees need to respect and support the leaders elected by the people. If they cannot, they need to resign. Employees undermining the elected officials need to be fired. If they disagree, they need to voice that to their manager, but they may not thwart the legal work of the branches of government as established by the elected officials. If they thwart or undermine the work of elected leaders, there needs to be civil and criminal consequences.
2. All regulations and expenditures for programs proposed by agencies need to be authorized by the legislature. This will reign in agencies that create their own agenda’s and also keep the legislature from hiding behind general wording in a bill and blaming the agency for onerous rules and regulations. It will mean a leaner, less complicated government.
3. Transparency throughout all levels of government must be strictly enforced only allowing for exceptions for current security threats, pretrial investigations, and communications between staff and immediate advisors. This exception cannot be an excuse for elected officials to avoid transparency.
4. Our constitution guarantees us the right to instruct our representatives. The citizens need to be more proactive in contacting their representatives. The elected officials need to make themselves available at published times and places in their district to invite the citizens they represent to talk to them about the issues. This should happen at least quarterly. This is not up to the will of the office holder. It is not a political effort. It is the right of the people.
5. If not given time to study a bill before it is voted on, my vote must be “no.”
Life
“we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness—That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the Consent of the Governed…. " The Declaration of Independence.
Without the right to life, no other right can be accessed. Life comes from God and our rights are established by Him. We do not kill babies, our most helpless and dependent citizens. We help parents if they need support, but we do not kill the child. Their right to life is unalienable. It cannot be alienated or removed from them. We have become a barbarous culture, killing millions of infants and demanding that other nations do so in order to qualify for aid. The sovereign state of Michigan and Kent County should make it clear that we do accept the killing of babies.
This barbaric practice was established by the Supreme court, not with the consent of the governed and therefore is a violation of our founding. The Court has realized its error and vacated its action. A constitutional amendment voted on in 2022 has made Michigan the most barbaric state in the nation. Let Kent County lead the way in changing that.
The life of the child does not depend on the mother’s current emotions.
Law Enforcement
LAW ENFORCEMENT officers work for local, county and state departments including the Michigan State Police and the DNR Conservation Officer.
There has always been a counter-culture stream that hates and mocks authority, usually focusing on the police. But national leaders depicting them as evil enemies is unprecedented. This has empowered counter-culture groups to openly attack and assassinate officers. In some cases, the community that officers came to serve has become an enemy to them.
The officer tries to carry out a dangerous and difficult job in a society of running cameras and antagonism toward him/her while asked to handle all of the problems, quagmires, and emotions of the human condition.
This contrived war on police has resulted in rising suicides among officers and fear or disdain for police by some of their fellow citizens. This is a national crisis that is endangering lives and property and moving cities to anarchy. The thin blue line is shrinking, and citizens are being attacked and businesses are being robbed.
I propose the following actions as a beginning to resolving this intolerable contrived attack on all law enforcement officers.
1. The facts about police officer contacts with citizens; officer involved shootings; suspects; and assaults on and assassinations of officers, need to be disseminated and taught repeatedly and nationally.
2. Training for the officer
a. The culture that we live in now and how to assess the response of citizens.
b. How to deal with the flood of people from other cultures and languages, including universal
communication methods.
c. Mental Health has been a rising problem over the last two years. Mental Health professionals need to provide training that will help officers recognize behavioral patterns of illnesses and learn techniques to secure the individual and get them to a facility for evaluation.
3. Assign two officers to work together to prevent escalation by suspects.
4. Community education: Hold community meetings in all areas of the jurisdiction. Where there are multiple departments that have jurisdiction, then the local, county and state offices should work together for one citizen forum. The department(s) will teach the community on who a police officer is, what their job is, what the legal requirements of the officer are, and what the legal requirements of the citizens are. Where possible, departments should increase rider programs.
5. Create an interactive web site that lists common police/civilian contacts and the legal requirements for all parties. Have an “Ask a cop” option and respond to it.
6. Require that all elementary, middle and high school students have at least one class with a law enforcement officer that interacts with them on their level, possibly expanding the DARE program.
Teach them about law enforcement in America and their community. Add grade level materials to their curriculum that introduces them to the law enforcement officer as someone they can turn to for help.
7. Establish the Office of Police Chaplain.
A. Police Officers die from suicide 4-5 times more often than assaults or homicide. One officer dies every 13 minutes from suicide, (ICPC, International Conference of Police Chaplains).
B. Due to retirements, low recruiting, and lack of funds, officers on the street are putting in more hours. In the past, sleep deprivation was a problem caused by days in court and nights on patrol.
Now it can be a continuous problem.
C. PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome) The stress for law enforcement officers has risen dramatically. Now every action is not only scrutinized but may result in them and their family being hounded, threatened, and having their name and their future destroyed. What used to be called
"Battle fatigue" beats on their door. Major incidents now involve not only the incident trauma and employer scrutiny, but also public backlash even if everything was done right and the accusations are false.
D. Divorces are rising as officers are under such intense stress that they are struggling to be spouses and parents.
E. High profile incidents are left for the purveyors of controversy to travel the country to grab center stage and stoke fires by attacking law enforcement. The department involved is left to be on the
defensive in the midst of ad hominem attacks that discredit them before they respond.
It has long been known that officers faced danger and stress in their job. But, led by some national leaders, we have made the job suicidal. Therefore, it will be the responsibility of the Chaplain to work to:
1. Establish a CISM training program as part of the police training and licensing process. There also needs to be refresher and advanced training required as part of the annual training program.
2. Work with local FOP organizations to provide a post-shift place to decompress as an alternative to the bar. With peers trained in CISM, we can move to peer help replacing alcohol as the antidote to the emotional pain and stress.
3. Provide funding, training, and certification and/or work with organizations that train and certify chaplains.
4. Set up a rehabilitation program for emotionally and physically injured officers.
5. Provide career and employment options for those unable to continue functioning as a law enforcement officer.
6. Provide trained responders to high profile incidents that set up civilian CISM sessions, and Law Enforcement CISM sessions for the local department(s) involved. Work to move the immediate people involved, from the civilians (or family in the case of a fatality) and the officers on the scene to a joint intervention.
7. Work with all departments to formulate oversite and legal recommendations to the state legislature. Work with the legislature to keep them apprised of the work being done, its effects and legislation needed.
8. The legislature will need to Assign a state Office of Police Chaplain to the appropriate committee.
Assigning the Office of Police Chaplain to the legislature, keeping it independent from Law Enforcement agencies, will validate its trained responders' neutrality when working with the public.
The ordained Chaplain answers to God and reports to the legislature.
*Replacing law enforcement officers with social workers will protect, preserve and embolden criminals and bury social workers.
Florida Senator Rick Scott’s plan to Rescue America:
Senator Scott has published an 11-point plan to save our nation. Many of his points can and should be implemented at the state. county and local level. (Go to RescueAmerica.com for the full document.)
1. Our kids will say the pledge of allegiance, salute the flag, learn that America is a great country, and choose the school that best fits them.
2. Government will never again ask American citizens to disclose their race, ethnicity, or skin color on any government form.
3. The soft-on-crime days of coddling criminal behavior will end. We will re-fund and respect the police because they, not the criminals, are the good guys.
4. We will secure our border, finish building the wall, and name it after President Donald Trump.
5. We will grow America’s economy, starve Washington’s economy, and stop Socialism.
6. We will eliminate all federal programs that can be done locally and enact term limits for federal bureaucrats and Congress.
7. We will protect the integrity of American Democracy and stop left-wing efforts to rig elections.
8. We will protect, defend, and promote the American Family at all costs.
9. Men are men, women are women, and unborn babies are babies. We believe in science.
10. Americans will be free to welcome God into all aspects of our lives.
11. We are Americans, not globalists.
The pandemic was used to basically declare marshal law and suspend all freedoms in the name of protecting life. Effective drugs were removed from the market; people were denied treatment until critically or fatally ill; the freedom to work, travel, purchase goods, attend school or socialize was denied. The “health protections” led to people dying from the disease, committing suicide and suffering from government required drugs labeled vaccines that had permanent and sometimes deadly side effects.
Per Robert F. Kennedy’s book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health,” all this was done to vastly enrich a small group especially Dr. Fauci who has done this in the past and was caught but kept his job.
Living by our Federal Constitution, especially the 9th and 10th amendments and continuing the citizens work on amending the power of the Governor in our state will help prevent this from happening again.
We must recognize the global efforts to use “emergency provisions” to permanently establish totalitarian control. The next issue on the burner is Climate Emergency already claimed by Australia.
Therefore, establishing our health choice freedom must be done with the understanding that the template that was used to remove them is a standard form for any issue that the government decides to use to override our constitution and rights.
That said, there cannot be any mask requirements, especially when they do not block viruses but can cause breathing problems and health issues. In February 2022, we saw pictures of Chinese city streets with the people masked and I thought, “I so glad I’m an American.” A month later I found out that I was a subject of a Chinese like state.
A big part of this deception was not allowing doctors to speak who knew the truth. The control of free speech and the control of all medical facilities and doctors via funding and licensing by Dr. Fauci was a large part of silencing the medical community.
Dr. Fauci needs to be fired and criminally investigated and medical funding and licensing needs to be spread out among agencies and brought down to the state level. We lived under a Marxist government for the past two years and this must end now. When the government can label anything that disagrees with it as disinformation that must be banned, it has taken control of the people and we are no longer a Republic.
When Joseph, son of Jacob, saved the known world from starvation he had seven years to prepare for the draught. We have had 3 months to get ready for the upcoming food scarcity and we are just starting.
God has always required his people to provide for the poor. The able were to harvest the boarders of the farmer’s fields and glean the produce that falls to the ground during harvest.
The disabled were given alms, money for their needs.
The orphans and widows were to be fed; first by their extended families and if need be, by the congregation. The apostles created the office of Deacon to oversee the feeding of widows and orphans.
Today, we have been told that food will be in short supply and monthly food bills can skyrocket up to an additional $1000/month.
The body of Christ needs to rise up and help people prepare for the upcoming need.

We will also reach out to state, county, city and township governments to allow farmers to use public spaces (i.e. rest areas and parks to sell their produce, bringing the food to the people.)
